Real Estate Tech Coach (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website realestatetechcoach.com and provides real estate coaching, content, and tool reviews to real estate professionals. This policy describes how we collect and use personal information.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you fill out a contact form, subscribe to our newsletter, request a coaching consultation, or download a guide, we collect the information you give us — typically your name, email address, and any details you include in the message or form.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we automatically collect technical data through Google Analytics 4 (via Google Site Kit), including pages viewed, time on page, referrer, approximate location (city/region), device type, browser, and anonymized IP address. We also use Google Search Console to understand how visitors find us via search.
Cookies. The site uses cookies to remember your preferences, measure analytics, and (if you opt in) personalize content. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
How we use information
- To deliver the content, downloads, and emails you request
- To respond to inquiries and contact form messages
- To improve our site, content, and tools through aggregated analytics
- To send newsletters and educational content, if you have opted in
- To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or technical issues

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited cases:
- Service providers we use to run the site — hosting (SiteGround), email delivery and newsletter (Beehiiv), analytics (Google), CRM and customer support tools. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and process data on our behalf.
- Affiliate partners — when you click an affiliate link (e.g., for a CRM or AI tool review), the destination provider may receive standard referral data confirming you came from our site. We may earn a commission. The destination provider’s privacy policy governs what happens after you click.
- Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
- Business transfers — if the site or business is sold, transferred, or restructured, your data may move with the business.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links on Real Estate Tech Coach are affiliate links. If you click one and complete a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. We disclose affiliate relationships in articles where they appear. We never rank tools by commission rate — we rank by what helps agents close more deals. Email and newsletter
We use Beehiiv to send our newsletter and downloadable resources (e.g., the Modern Agent’s Playbook). When you subscribe you give us permission to email you content related to real estate coaching, tools, and systems. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion. You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or request deletion. Email privacy@realestatetechcoach.com from the address associated with your account.
Marketing opt-out. Unsubscribe from emails via the link in any newsletter, or email us to be removed.
California residents (CCPA). You have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of any “sale” of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
European residents (GDPR). You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. The legal basis for our processing is your consent (for email) and our legitimate interest in operating the site (for analytics).
Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the services you requested or as required by law. Newsletter subscribers’ data is retained until they unsubscribe. Contact form messages are retained for up to 24 months. Analytics data is aggregated and retained per Google Analytics defaults (14 months).
Security
We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, hosted security (SiteGround Security Optimizer), and access controls on our internal systems. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.
Children’s privacy
Real Estate Tech Coach is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party content and links
Our content includes links to third-party websites, tools, and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Review the privacy policies of any site or tool you interact with through our links.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site.
