How does coaching work?

We offer 1:1 coaching, small-group cohorts, and a self-paced course library. Most agents start by downloading the Modern Agent’s Playbook to see if our approach is the right fit for them. From there, a 30-minute discovery call helps us match you with the right format.

What does it cost?

Our 1:1 coaching ranges from $500/month for the self-implementation track to $2,500/month for full systems build-out. Group cohorts are $99-299/month depending on the cohort. We will walk you through the options on the discovery call.

Do you only work with top producers?

No. We work with agents at every stage from year-one to seven-figure teams. The fit question is not your production — it is whether you are willing to actually implement the systems. Aspirational coaching is not our thing.

Are your tool reviews paid placements?

Some tools we review pay us an affiliate commission when readers sign up. Some do not. We disclose every relationship and we never rank by commission rate. If a free tool beats a paid one for a given job, we say so.

How fast will you respond?

Coaching and partnership inquiries: within one business day. Press requests: same day for tight deadlines. General questions: within three business days. We read every message.
